FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE?

  • Shipping/ Tracking- You can track your order with the Tracking information provided in your
    shipment notification email.
    We offer standard shipping on all orders in the US, International shipping Rates vary.
    Standard shipping: 4-7 business days
    Orders are only delivered Monday thru Friday

  • Processing Times: All in stock merchandise usually ships within 1-2 Business days.
    *You will receive  confirmation 24-48 hours of purchase.
    * Orders cannot be rushed or expedited.
    *No Cancellations

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders can be made, however because these bags are custom and made to
    order, processing time may take longer and up to 10 weeks for delivery.
    *Please note, once your order is placed the full payment will be captured up front.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

  • All Sales are Final, due to limited availability, refunds and exchanges will
    not be accepted.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Due to stock being very limited and bags custom made to order, we do not take Returns. 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL

DO YOU OFFER EXCHNAGES?

  • We do NOT accept exchanges, ALL SALES FINAL, except in the event the merchandise is factory defective, within 48 hours of receipt. *subject  to include/ not including defective material and/or zipper, limited to the hanger.

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?

  • We are NOT responsible for lost/ stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an Order. Upon your request, we will confirm the delivery to the address, date of delivery, tracking info, etc.

  • If an Item was Lost or Stolen it is your responsibility to file a claim with the Shipping carrier, to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages, fault of the shipping carrier.

  • An order cant be canceled due to shipping delays. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, International Shipments are accepted, and maybe subject to impact taxes and higher shipping rates.

HOW DO I CARE/CLEAN  MY BAG?

  • Dry Clean Only

  • Do NOT IRON

  • Do  NOT put Bag in the dryer

  • If Wet – Hang Dry

DETAILED CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

FOR  A SIMPLE SPILL OR STAIN

  • Blot (don't rub) liquid spills with a clean, dry cloth. For oil-based spills, apply an absorbent such as corn starch, then remove with a straight edge. 

  • Spray on a mild cleaning solution of soap (such as Woolite® or Dawn®) and water. 

  • Rinse the fabric thoroughly to remove all soap residue. 

  • Air dry. 

FOR  A COMPLEX STAIN

  • Use a Upholstery Cleaner, Laundry Detergent, and/or Apple Cider vinegar based on the stain.

  • You can find cleaning instructions online for any particular stain to the fabric (Upholstery).
